Billing Analyst

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Minneapolis, MN

Salary: $23.55–$29.32 per hour

What you will do

• Process contract updates, credits, usage imports, and customer changes with high accuracy.
• Perform cross-system data validation between ERP and CRM platforms.
• Conduct level 2 reviews of billing requests to ensure contractual accuracy and SOX compliance.
• Research and resolve billing exceptions through independent analysis.
• Identify and propose improvements for workflow inefficiencies and control gaps.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to resolve billing inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in billing, revenue operations, or finance operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with controlled billing processes and audit requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Minneapolis, MN office.
