Salary: $140,000 - $170,000

What you will do

  • Develop and lead demand generation programs across email, paid media, social, webinars, events, and content syndication to drive leads and pipeline.
  • Design integrated marketing campaigns aligned with growth goals and product positioning.
  • Build and manage lead nurturing programs with automated email workflows and funnel optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams for lead quality, handoffs, and messaging alignment.
  • Analyze campaign performance, report on metrics and ROI, and refine strategies based on data.
  • Manage budgets, external vendors, and content assets like eBooks and case studies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management, preferably B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Track record in multi-channel campaigns driving leads, pipeline, and revenue
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce for workflows, dashboards, and attribution
  • Strong analytical skills for senior-level performance tracking and ROI
  • Experience with sales team collaboration on lead qualification and nurturing
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder skills
