What you will do

• Lead the migration of legacy digital infrastructure to a headless/composable architecture to enable personalization at scale.
• Architect and operationalize the transition from a lead-based to an account-based marketing (ABM) funnel.
• Build and evolve a modern B2B marketing technology stack, including vendor evaluation and implementation.
• Define and operationalize the end-to-end lead-to-pipeline process, including SLAs and handoff criteria.
• Drive organizational alignment and change management to integrate marketing, sales, and customer success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior transformation or operations role.
• Proven track record of leading digital experience platform (DXP) migrations in a B2B context.
• Deep hands-on experience designing and scaling ABM programs from 1:1 to 1:many motions.
• Strong command of a modern B2B GTM stack and experience with system integrations.
• Experience aligning marketing, sales, and CS around shared pipeline processes.
• Must be based in Mountain View, California.
