What you will do

• Supervise daily branch operations, including employees, facility, and budget.
• Ensure compliance with corporate health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
• Lead the branch emergency response team and conduct regular safety audits.
• Manage and direct material handlers and conduct daily pre-shift meetings.
• Coordinate inspections with outside agencies such as DOT, EPA, FDA, and DHS.
• Support sales efforts while maintaining regulatory and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Willow Springs, IL
• High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 4-6 years of proven experience in operations.
• Knowledge of chemical distribution facility operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
