What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations including order processing, loading, and delivery schedules
• Resolve issues, coordinate with dispatchers and operators, and manage escalations
• Monitor performance, support agents, and drive KPIs through process improvements
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while ensuring compliance and fiscal controls
• Partner with agents for planning, problem resolution, and policy enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years in operations, logistics, or transportation
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced service environments
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage escalations and competing priorities

Nice to have

• Experience in brokerage or third-party logistics
• Working with agents or external partners
• Knowledge of KPIs, metrics, and operational reporting
• Customer service or solutions team experience
