What you will do

• Enforce inventory control policies aligned with SOX, GAAP, and internal compliance requirements.
• Oversee cycle counting programs and annual physical inventories to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor and analyze inventory variances, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks across receiving, picking, packing, and returns processes.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between DC Operations, Finance, Audit, and Corporate Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or related field required.
• 7+ years of inventory control or distribution center experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks including SOX and GAAP.
• Proficiency in WMS, ERP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to operate equipment such as PIT machines and reach trucks.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 25%.
