What you will do

• Act as the sole creator and driver of the company-wide learning roadmap.
• Design and deliver training programs to equip team leads and managers with remote management skills.
• Partner with department heads to identify skills gaps and source or build specialized technical training.
• Facilitate interactive, community-building learning experiences tailored for a distributed workforce.
• Manage the L&D budget, balancing high-level investment with scrappy, practical solutions.
• Create bespoke internal content while managing external vendors and educational tools.

Requirements

• Extensive L&D experience with a preference for solo operation and personal execution.
• Proven track record in a fully remote, global environment.
• Mastery of virtual facilitation, communication, and storytelling techniques.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories combined with creative delivery.
• Ability to pivot quickly based on business needs and departmental bottlenecks.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
