What you will do
- Lead the design and delivery of RANZ development programs, including facilitation, coaching, and vendor management.
- Support business development needs by delivering masterclasses and leveraging internal learning platforms.
- Partner with the Global Leadership team to implement and embed global leadership programs locally.
- Diagnose organizational needs to design and embed sustainable OD and broader HR initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a broad organisational development role.
- Experience developing and implementing learning and development initiatives in partnership with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to design, facilitate, and embed learning both face-to-face and virtually.
- Must hold valid work rights for this role in Australia.
