What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of RANZ development programs, including facilitation, coaching, and vendor management.
• Support business development needs by delivering masterclasses and leveraging internal learning platforms.
• Partner with the Global Leadership team to implement and embed global leadership programs locally.
• Diagnose organizational needs to design and embed sustainable OD and broader HR initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a broad organisational development role.
• Experience developing and implementing learning and development initiatives in partnership with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to design, facilitate, and embed learning both face-to-face and virtually.
• Must hold valid work rights for this role in Australia.
