Senior People Partner (HR): Designing and evolving the employee experience for Product and Engineering teams with an accent on product-driven HR processes and senior stakeholder management. Focus on building career frameworks, growth and development programs, and optimizing employee lifecycle metrics.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Portugal, or Singapore)

What you will do
- Conduct ongoing people product research to understand employee needs and develop user personas.
- Translate insights into a people roadmap, identifying pain points and formulating hypotheses.
- Design and iterate on people products, including Career Frameworks, Total Rewards, Policies, and Benefits.
- Launch people product changes and drive adoption through high-quality documentation and training.
- Coach and advise leaders, managers, and employees through complex or sensitive organizational situations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, high-growth, and changing environments.
- Strong expertise across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Proven ability to build intuitive, tech-enabled, and user-centric people products using first-principles thinking.
- Experience operating within globally distributed scale-up organizations.
- English: B2+ proficiency required for effective asynchronous communication in a remote environment.
Nice to have
- Previous experience supporting Product or Engineering teams.
- Proficiency with modern remote tools such as Notion, Slack, Pitch, and AI productivity tools.
