Salary: $159,000 - $192,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as a strategic thought partner to people leaders to diagnose needs and build team capability.
• Design scalable tools, playbooks, learning pathways, and frameworks that build lasting capability.
• Consult on organizational capability gaps and align solutions with business priorities.
• Facilitate structured development programs for core skills and career growth experiences.
• Collaborate with the L&D Manager and People Development & Experience team to ensure coherent learning approaches.
• Evaluate and manage external learning vendors when necessary.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in L&D, organizational development, or a related field.
• Strong consulting and advisory skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proven experience building scalable learning infrastructure (playbooks, toolkits, frameworks).
• Strong project management skills and business acumen.
• Ability to manage expectations and recommend right-sized solutions for high-priority requests.
• Collaborative approach to sharing credit and enabling others.
