What you will do

• Lead interactive training sessions and workshops for diverse employee groups.
• Design and develop training programs using ILT, VILT, and e-learning formats.
• Provide individual coaching to employees and managers to support professional goals.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, and communications.
• Partner with LMS administrators to track attendance and report on training impact.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement and customize L&D initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. and able to commute to Dallas, TX or Hoboken, NJ.
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills for interactive workshops.
• Proven experience in instructional design and course development.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and learning technologies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• 4-year degree in instructional design, I/O psychology, or related field.

• Experience with Workday.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in individual coaching.
