TL;DR

Learning & Development Partner (People Operations): Facilitating engaging workshops, designing impactful learning experiences, and coaching individuals to perform at their peak with an accent on professional growth and organizational development. Focus on identifying learning needs and recommending solutions.

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX. Candidates who reside within 45 miles of one of our offices will follow our hybrid work model, including working onsite some days per week and remotely the remaining days.

What you will do

  • Lead engaging, interactive training sessions and workshops for employees across various teams.
  • Design and develop training programs, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training (VILT), and e-learning.
  • Partner with the LMS Admin to upload courses, track attendance, and provide reporting.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement L&D initiatives.
  • Oversee training event planning and execution, ensuring smooth delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
  • Experience in instructional design, training delivery, and course development.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and learning technologies, experience with Workday a plus.
  • Ability to coach individuals to help them overcome obstacles and challenges and reach their professional goals.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple training initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with global L&D teams.
  • 4-year degree, master's degree preferred, majoring instructional design, industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, education, or similar
