What you will do

• Own and drive Learning & Development initiatives across hirify.global, focusing on leadership trainings and key talent programmes.
• Design and implement scalable learning formats aligned with business needs.
• Build and continuously evolve leadership development concepts and frameworks.
• Develop and manage structured talent programmes to identify and grow high-potential employees.
• Create and maintain high-quality training materials and learning content.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance learning design, personalisation, and scalability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Experience in designing and delivering trainings, workshops, or development programmes.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Structured, hands-on mindset and ability to create clarity from complexity.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and German.
