What you will do

• Resolve customer queries via phone and email, providing a humanized service experience.
• Take full end-to-end responsibility for customer issues, avoiding departmental transfers.
• Develop creative solutions for unexpected problems within a rapidly growing environment.
• Engage with other energy suppliers to facilitate the best outcomes for customers.
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify and suggest improvements to the customer journey.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Availability to work a standard schedule of Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong motivation, drive, and a genuine passion for sustainability.
• Highly organized with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
