Talent Partner (Data)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Partner with senior Data leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates for Data Science, Data Engineering, and Bioinformatics roles.
• Build candidate pipelines using social media, specialist resources, and industry events.
• Use recruitment data and analytics to track progress and improve hiring outcomes.
• Manage the candidate journey from application through offer negotiation and related administration.
• Collaborate with People Partners, Technical Program Managers, and hiring teams on hiring, onboarding, employer branding, interview training, events, and reporting.

Requirements

• Internal talent partnership experience hiring for Data Science, Data Engineering, and Bioinformatics in a fast-paced technology company.
• Experience organising and launching candidate searches and building initial candidate lists.
• Experience researching talent markets and advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies.
• Experience working with technical stakeholders across Data departments.
• Experience managing highly sought-after candidates through structured interview processes and maintaining strong relationships with hiring teams.
• Ability to work in the London office 3 days per week under the hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Exposure to or knowledge of life science hiring.
• Experience using Greenhouse.
• Experience using G Suite.
