Salary: $85,200 - $143,300 per year

What you will do

  • Own and maintain Workday Core HR, ensuring system health and continuous improvement.
  • Lead a team of analysts to map current processes, spot bottlenecks, and drive fixes.
  • Partner with HR Product, Tech, Finance, and Payroll to deliver the Core HR roadmap.
  • Drive self-service enablement to reduce employee reliance on the Employee Service Center (ESC).
  • Translate complex system findings and recommendations into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to prioritize smaller improvements and measure the success of changes.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a team within HR operations or process improvement.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Workday to understand system logic and complexity.
  • Proven ability to map current state processes and design optimized future states.
  • Experience using data to make decisions and track outcomes.
  • Ability to drive work forward across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Must be based in the US (any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions).

Nice to have

  • Experience collaborating with product teams on a technology roadmap.
  • Familiarity with HR shared services or employee service center models.
  • Background in requirements writing or process documentation.
