Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)

What you will do
- Lead client onboarding from kickoff to go-live, ensuring smooth and secure platform setups
- Design scalable documentation and training materials, deliver guidance on document management
- Track platform usage, provide hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, and manage permissions
- Act as main point of contact, answering questions and escalating as needed
- Build repeatable processes, refine workflows, and collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and data teams
- Relay client feedback to improve the platform and user experience
Requirements
- Experience with onboarding or account management, ideally in SaaS or fintech
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for clients and stakeholders
- Technical instincts to troubleshoot tools and explain systems
- High attention to detail and excellent project management skills
- Client-first mindset: proactive, solution-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, document management tools, and security best practices
