What you will do

• Lead client onboarding from kickoff to go-live, ensuring smooth and secure platform setups
• Design scalable documentation and training materials, deliver guidance on document management
• Track platform usage, provide hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, and manage permissions
• Act as main point of contact, answering questions and escalating as needed
• Build repeatable processes, refine workflows, and collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and data teams
• Relay client feedback to improve the platform and user experience

Requirements

• Experience with onboarding or account management, ideally in SaaS or fintech
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for clients and stakeholders
• Technical instincts to troubleshoot tools and explain systems
• High attention to detail and excellent project management skills
• Client-first mindset: proactive, solution-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, document management tools, and security best practices
