TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager (Fintech): Manage, coach, and develop SDR team responsible for generating qualified meetings and pipeline with an accent on outbound prospecting strategies, playbooks, and performance metrics. Focus on partnering with AEs on campaigns, refining outreach cadences, and scaling pipeline generation in US debt markets.

Location: New York, hybrid (2-3 days in office per week)

Salary: $110,000-$130,000 + bonus

What you will do

  • Manage, coach, and develop SDR team to generate qualified meetings and pipeline
  • Build and optimize outbound prospecting strategies across target accounts and verticals
  • Partner with Account Executives on targeted campaigns including content, events, and webinars
  • Develop SDR playbooks, messaging, and outreach cadences
  • Monitor metrics like activity levels, meeting conversions, and pipeline; build reporting with RevOps
  • Support career development through training, call reviews, and coaching

Requirements

  • Prior experience managing SDR/BDR teams, ideally 2+ years in management
  • 4+ years in sales development, pipeline generation, or go-to-market roles
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience
  • Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM), Salesloft, Gong, Hubspot, lead gen platforms, Excel/G Suite
  • Ability to coach high-performing SDRs, analyze data, and present recommendations
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and understanding of modern sales techniques
