What you will do

  • Co-own and facilitate New Hire University (NHU) onboarding sessions, workshops, and modules for revenue new hires
  • Develop and deliver training programs for XDR (BDR/SDR) team on prospecting, messaging, objection handling, and discovery
  • Provide targeted coaching via call reviews, role plays, and manager development sessions
  • Create enablement resources like playbooks, call guides, and LMS content
  • Drive tech stack adoption (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong) and analyze performance data for targeted interventions
  • Champion AI integration into training, coaching, and rep workflows

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Sales or Revenue Enablement in SaaS with end-to-end program ownership
  • 3+ years as sales professional (SDR/BDR/AE preferred)
  • Proven live training facilitation and coaching experience
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, value selling)
  • Proficiency with sales tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo
  • AI-forward mindset and high autonomy in fast-paced environments

Nice to have

  • Frontline XDR or AE manager experience
  • Familiarity with PLG/ABM strategies or CMMS/industrial SaaS
  • Experience building LMS content and multimedia materials
