What you will do

• Lead product development for tuition payments and other provider-facing financial tools.
• Grow total payments volume, product adoption, and net revenue.
• Improve provider NPS and reduce friction across the billing experience.
• Drive profitability and improve unit economics through product and pricing strategy.
• Work end-to-end with engineering, design, and data to ship features weekly.
• Scale internal workflows and product surfaces using AI and automation tools.

Requirements

• Strong product judgment and an instinct for what users want.
• Background as a software engineer or ability to work deeply with engineering teams.
• Experience with payments, fintech, or in a high-bar finance role (e.g., investing, banking).
• Proven track record of delivering 0→1 products that generate measurable financial results.
• Strong analytical thinking; can model impact and drive decisions with data (SQL or similar is a plus).
• Based in San Francisco, with the ability to work in-office 3–5 days/week
