Product Manager (Logistics)

Product Manager (Logistics): Shaping the systems and experiences that power shipping on a livestream shopping platform with an accent on shipping reliability, affordability, and scalable infrastructure. Focus on building tools for sellers to ship consistently and designing pricing and carrier solutions to drive marketplace economics.

Location: Must live within commuting distance of San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, or New York City hubs

Salary: $250K – $350K + Equity

What you will do

• Shape the systems and experiences powering how items are shipped and fulfilled across the global marketplace.
• Identify shipping options to unlock new categories, countries, and seller segments.
• Build tools and systems to achieve best-in-class shipping reliability and on-time scan rates.
• Design pricing, bundling, and carrier solutions to improve shipping affordability and transparency.
• Develop scalable infrastructure and data systems to balance buyer experience, seller needs, and business outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Operations to deliver platform and user-facing experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Strong product judgment to balance buyer experience, seller needs, and business economics.
• Experience scaling complex systems combining user experience with underlying platform infrastructure.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics and running experiments to drive decisions.
• Ability to operate across ambiguity and drive execution across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the US within commuting distance of SF, Seattle, LA, or NYC hubs.

Nice to have

• Experience with shipping, fulfillment, or multi-sided marketplaces with logistics components.
• Background in a logistics or systems-heavy environment.
