What you will do

• Lead the Product Evaluation & Assortment Platform team to define how new inventory is evaluated from purchase to arrival.
• Transform ambiguous data signals into actionable insights and predictions for product performance.
• Drive the evolution of a unified and scalable merchandising platform.
• Collaborate with merchandising, data science, and engineering teams to align strategy and systems.
• Integrate AI-driven recommendations into daily merchandising toolsets.
• Solve complex problems involving data systems, APIs, and cross-functional integrations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or data-intensive environments.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Technical background with a strong understanding of data systems and APIs.
• Proven ability to use data to inform product choices and business tradeoffs.
• Strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams.
• Experience building or evolving complex integrated systems or external platform integrations.
