Salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the Autonomy Platform roadmap, balancing current customer reliability with future capabilities.
• Productize the autonomy stack to serve as a foundation for truck-loading and broader industry applications.
• Define the evolution of simulation environments to support faster iteration and predictive validation.
• Establish performance criteria for probabilistic systems, including failure modes and intervention rates.
• Collaborate with autonomy, perception, controls, and ML engineering teams to define technical blueprints.
• Spend time at customer docks to observe real-world operations and edge cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years shipping products with core ML, robotics, or probabilistic systems.
• Experience with hardware and software product lifecycles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with autonomy and ML engineering teams regarding perception and planning constraints.
• Proven track record as a Platform PM, having shipped internal platforms, SDKs, or developer tools.
• Strong technical writing skills for PRDs, one-pagers, and release notes.
• Must be able to work from the Charlestown, MA office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in robotics, logistics, supply chain, or AV stacks.
• Experience with simulation tooling.
