Salary: $151,038.00 - $234,109.00 per year

What you will do

• Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with software engineers, designers, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide data-driven decision-making.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.
• Mentor the product team and influence executive stakeholders to drive support for initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role.
• Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes.
• Must be based in the US (excluding AK, DE, ID, ND, RI, VT, WY).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, and Figma.
