Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 + equity

What you will do

• Define and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap aligned with company priorities.
• Drive the development and launch of high-impact platform features.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance.
• Lead initiatives to improve developer productivity and system efficiency through data-informed decision-making.
• Effectively communicate platform strategy, priorities, and trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent technical experience, with at least 3 years focused on internal platforms or developer productivity tools.
• 3+ years of hands-on working experience supporting physical product manufacturing.
• Strong technical understanding of CI/CD, version control, build/test automation, and developer toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD or GitHub Actions, artifact repositories).
• Demonstrated success in managing complex technical products, driving product strategy, and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven decision maker with experience defining and measuring success metrics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Background in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline.
