Location: Must be based in or able to work from the San Mateo, CA office (Hybrid: Tue-Thu onsite)

What you will do

• Engage daily with the community on TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube as the brand voice.
• Moderate channels proactively to remove spam and ensure safe, welcoming interactions.
• Monitor community sentiment to surface emerging trends, memes, and potential issues.
• Partner with marketing managers to launch community-driven activations like polls and Q&As.
• Maintain brand consistency across diverse social platforms and contexts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management or social media.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, X, Reddit, and Discord culture.
• Genuine passion for the platform and understanding of its creator ecosystem.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt brand voice.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience with social listening or community analytics tools.
• Background in supporting or moderating communities with younger audiences.
• Experience writing internal documentation or playbooks.
• Previous experience in the gaming industry.
