What you will do

  • Own the operations and tooling for global influencer partner programs, including application systems and onboarding flows.
  • Translate program strategy into operational execution by partnering with game teams and strategy leads.
  • Maintain and evolve internal tools to meet the needs of creators and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor program health and creator experience to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a scaled point of contact between the company and creators to ensure consistent support.
  • Advocate for creator needs across regions and products based on operational insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Influencer or Partnership Management, Marketing, or Community teams.
  • 2+ years of program management experience, ideally with global or multi-regional creator programs.
  • 2+ years of experience writing documentation and building processes for senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of creator needs, pain points, and content lifecycles.
  • Experience leading complex projects with regional stakeholders from kickoff to execution.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices across social platforms including Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube.

Nice to have

  • Strong familiarity with Riot’s game titles and the creator ecosystem.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Airtable, or Asana.
  • Comfort leveraging Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience working with tech teams to build internal products.
  • Knowledge of content platforms beyond North America, such as AfreecaTV or Huya.
