What you will do

• Manage hirify.global's day-to-day presence on X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Discord.
• Create and ship a regular cadence of short-form technical content, including threads, code snippets, and demos.
• Build and maintain relationships with developer creators, community moderators, and early adopters.
• Organize and run AMAs, livestreams, and community programs on Discord and Reddit.
• Produce long-form technical content such as blog posts, videos, and sample applications.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to surface community needs and influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in developer relations, developer marketing, community management, or a public-facing engineering role.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Active, established presence on major developer platforms (X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitch, etc.) with a content portfolio.
• Strong technical foundation in modern infrastructure and web frameworks.
• Sharp written voice and comfort performing on camera or behind a microphone.
• Native fluency in the dynamics and language of online developer communities.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with developer creators and community moderators.
• Proven track record of growing a developer audience from scratch.
• Experience specifically with developer cloud, hosting, or infrastructure products.
