What you will do
- Develop global social strategy and playbooks for game, esports, and entertainment to embody the product vision and tone.
- Partner with game development and publishing teams to create compelling campaign strategies that support their goals.
- Monitor performance metrics to guide social strategy and drive communication with internal partners regarding campaign success.
- Mentor and motivate the League social media team to support their personal and professional growth.
- Manage cross-functional processes and oversee relationships with external creative agencies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in online communities, social media, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing projects from kickoff to execution.
- Deep knowledge of League of Legends, including agents, maps, and abilities.
- Proficiency with social media analysis and reporting tools such as Hootsuite, Talkwalker, and AirTable.
- Experience developing strategies for global platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, and Twitch.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the League Esports ecosystem, including league structure and pro players.
- Experience developing strategies to localize campaigns for audiences around the globe.
