Supernal AI hires, trains, and manages AI Employees that integrate into business stacks to perform real tasks like CRM updates, invoice reconciliation, and customer support.

What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Own execution tracking, reporting, client communications, and internal alignments.
• Lead weekly client syncs, validate progress with technical teams, and maintain documentation.
• Ensure testing, validation, deadlines, and smooth Build to Subscription transitions.
• Conduct post-mortems, track metrics like milestone hit rate and CSAT, and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years managing complex programs with proven on-time, to-spec delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Deep experience in scope definition, planning, risk, change management, and PM tools.
• Strong structured communication across technical and executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on with workflow automation (n8n), low-code frontends (Lovable), databases (Supabase), APIs, webhooks.
• Ability to probe assumptions, validate data, anticipate issues, and take full ownership.
