What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of talented engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
• Build full-stack solutions across the ecosystem, including backend services and integrations.
• Collaborate with product, partnerships, and engineering platforms to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Recruit top engineering talent to build a diverse and high-performing team.
• Drive project execution from planning to delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, including architecture design and incident response.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience, directly managing teams of 5+ engineers.
• 10+ years of full-time software development experience with a strong background in backend development.
• Experience working across geographies.
• Experience leading teams with a growth charter using experimentation to drive product usage.
• Experience building extensible, leveraged software solutions that scale.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in payments and on payments technology.
• Previous experience using hirify.global products.
