What you will do

• Own end-to-end civil and land development engineering for hyperscale data centers and power generation sites.
• Lead detailed hydrology and hydraulics (H&H) analysis, floodplain modeling, and stormwater design.
• Design and optimize site grading, earthwork, and foundation preparation for heavy industrial loads.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with structural, mechanical, electrical, and geotechnical teams.
• Provide expert civil input during site selection, feasibility studies, and due diligence.
• Conduct site visits and construction observations to verify quality and design intent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in data centers, power plants, or heavy industrial facilities.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, and ArcGIS.
• Deep expertise in land development, H&H modeling, and environmental compliance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced industrial environments.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Nice to have

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) designation.
• Experience with BIM/GIS workflows in mission-critical facility delivery.
