What you will do

• Coach leaders and managers to improve team effectiveness, performance, and employee experience.
• Partner on people strategy, including org design, workforce planning, and team development.
• Advise on employee relations matters, including performance, behavior, and investigations.
• Drive core people processes such as compensation, performance cycles, and talent planning.
• Use data and insights to proactively identify and address talent risks like attrition and engagement.
• Lead change management across reorgs, role changes, and evolving business priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience supporting Operations teams in a remote or distributed environment.
• Strong partnership mindset with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a proactive and iterative approach.
• Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive situations with high attention to detail.
• Comfort working with data to generate insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Must live within commuting distance of San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle hubs.
