What you will do
- Manage and execute Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) solutions across multiple jurisdictions to ensure a safe work environment.
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for OHS inquiries and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with OHS vendors, training partners, and health centers.
- Coordinate and execute internal OHS audits to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with People and Legal teams to draft and improve Health and Safety policies.
- Maintain confidential employee health data with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Significant work experience in a digital environment.
- Operational experience managing processes across multiple countries.
- Proven track record of scouting, onboarding, and managing external vendors.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to map complex processes.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Must be based in LATAM.

- Previous experience specifically in Occupational Health and Safety.
