What you will do

• Manage and execute Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) solutions across multiple jurisdictions to ensure a safe work environment.
• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for OHS inquiries and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with OHS vendors, training partners, and health centers.
• Coordinate and execute internal OHS audits to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with People and Legal teams to draft and improve Health and Safety policies.
• Maintain confidential employee health data with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

• Significant work experience in a digital environment.
• Operational experience managing processes across multiple countries.
• Proven track record of scouting, onboarding, and managing external vendors.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to map complex processes.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Must be based in LATAM.

• Previous experience specifically in Occupational Health and Safety.
