TL;DR

People Operations (HR): Building and managing the international people function and employee experience for the UK and global EOR employees with an accent on UK employment law and entity setup. Focus on establishing compliant UK employment infrastructure, managing international onboarding workflows, and optimizing HRIS data integrity.

Location: Remote/Hybrid. Must be based in the UK (London) to serve as the local People presence.

Salary: £74,000 – £100,000 + Equity & Bonus

hirify.global is an AI software development company building an AI Development Environment to empower teams through the collaboration of AI coding agents and human developers.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees in the UK and across global EOR arrangements.
  • Own offer letter generation, contract administration, and onboarding workflows for international hires.
  • Support the launch of the London legal entity and build compliant UK employment infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on UK employment law, including contracts, right to work, and statutory entitlements.
  • Manage international employee data and workflows using Rippling and Deel to ensure data integrity.
  • Resolve employee queries regarding benefits, policies, leave, and pay.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR/People Operations with significant experience in UK and/or international employment.
  • Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or Deel.
  • Solid working knowledge of UK employment law and familiarity with EOR models.
  • Ability to be the sole People presence in London.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones with a US-based team.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a company through a legal entity launch.
  • Exposure to EMEA employment law beyond the United Kingdom.
  • Background in a high-growth startup, specifically within technical or SaaS environments.
