Salary: $83,168–$117,902 (first-year, location-dependent in WA and greater Seattle area)

What you will do

  • Support administration and optimization of Workday and HRIS tools, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
  • Execute operational transactions for employee lifecycle events like onboarding, promotions, and terminations.
  • Design real-time dashboards and provide reporting on turnover, headcount, and key metrics.
  • Lead day-to-day administration of global health, wellness, and leave programs, handling inquiries and compliance.
  • Manage benefit reconciliations, carrier billing, and perk evaluations.
  • Prepare regulatory filings, develop HR policies, and maintain audit readiness for EEO-1, FMLA, and DOL requirements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in HR/Benefits Operations with experience in Workday and other HR systems like absence management and ticketing tools.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting corporate health, wellness benefits, and leave of absence programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills for global initiatives and data reporting.
  • Broad knowledge of HR disciplines and in-depth understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Bachelor's degree; ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
