What you will do

  • Translate complex performance strategy into executable programs across mobile, web, and infrastructure systems.
  • Define and drive the operating model for sustained performance improvement and regression prevention.
  • Drive organizational change to shift engineering culture from reactive efforts to shared, repeatable standards.
  • Build measurement systems that distinguish real user experience improvements from shallow metrics.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and data science leaders to resolve systemic risks and guide technical tradeoffs.
  • Develop communication mechanisms to connect performance work to business outcomes and user impact.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 14+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or related technical domains.
  • Proven track record leading multi-year, multi-organization programs with executive visibility.
  • Deep fluency in performance and reliability systems, including observability, app health, and infrastructure.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical and organizational change into clear narratives.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to build systems that connect technical improvements to business outcomes.
