TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $65,000–$70,000

What you will do

  • Configure new clients on the SaaS platform in both staging and production environments.
  • Manage partner credentials and ensure secure, timely access to all environments.
  • Configure test data and test cases to facilitate client development and testing.
  • Respond to internal and external client tickets while adhering to contractual SLAs.
  • Document client configurations and internal processes to maintain a reliable knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with Integration Engineers and Project Managers to resolve configuration challenges.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (excluding San Francisco Bay Area).
  • 1+ years of experience in client-facing support via ticketing systems or face-to-face.
  • Experience with SaaS APIs, HTTP/S, JSON, XML, and Postman.
  • 1+ years of experience with Splunk or equivalent logging tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.
  • hirify.globaln ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Identity or Fraud prevention space.
