Bilingual Risk Management Associate

TL;DR

Bilingual Risk Management Associate (Insurance): Develop and deliver consultation, risk assessment, program development, and training in English and Spanish for clients across Workers’ Compensation, fleet management, property, and general liability. Location: Hybrid from hirify.global’s Fresno office or remote only in Central California. Valid CA driver’s license and vehicle required for on-site client meetings.

What you will do

• Develop, design, and deliver occupational health and safety policies, on-site training, and content in English and Spanish.
• Support clients with risk control assessments, improvement plans, and total cost of risk reduction.
• Partner with account teams on client relationships, renewal strategies, sales efforts, webinars, and presentations.
• Investigate accidents using root cause analysis and identify prevention opportunities.
• Collaborate on carrier loss control visits, property reviews, and marketing reports.
• Manage projects, deliverables, and relationships with clients, carriers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish and English.
• 3+ years in risk control, occupational health and safety, preferably in agriculture or construction.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both languages, including field training delivery.
• Ability to build relationships and manage priorities independently.
• Valid CA driver’s license and vehicle for client site visits.

Nice to have

• Certifications like ASP, ARM, OHST.
• Degree in engineering, occupational safety, or related field.
• Property and Casualty insurance experience.
• Client-facing consulting experience.
