What you will do

• Triage incoming imaging cases and resolve operational issues.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cardiac scans.
• Coordinate with Sales, Clients, Technology, and Medical Affairs teams.
• Handle client requests and investigate service needs.
• Maintain consistent workflow processes during rotating shifts (7 am - 5 pm ET).

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience in a medical practice or facility, preferably in radiology.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs).
• Ability to work rotating shifts between 7 am and 5 pm ET.
• Experience in scheduling, project management, or client-facing customer service.
• Ability to travel 5-10% of the time for team meetings.
