What you will do

• Own and scale buyer growth in Germany by defining and executing effective marketing strategies.
• Drive initiatives across influencer, paid, partnerships, and events to maximize business impact.
• Manage and develop a team of Germany-focused marketers to ensure high-quality execution.
• Partner with category and creative teams to align priorities and drive cross-functional momentum.
• Identify and test top-of-funnel opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and trust.
• Collaborate with the influencer team to build and scale a robust creator ecosystem.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Deep understanding of the German market, including cultural dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth and business impact in Germany.
• Experience managing multiple marketing levers including paid, influencer, and content.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in an ambiguous environment.
• Must live within commuting distance of the Berlin, Germany hub.
