What you will do

  • Manage and optimize a six-digit monthly budget primarily on Google Ads to maximize high-quality B2B leads.
  • Test and launch new growth channels such as Reddit and LinkedIn Ads to reach the B2B Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Develop SEO and GEO frameworks to increase organic visibility across search engines and AI-driven answer engines.
  • Build and audit tracking infrastructure to ensure data integrity and accurate customer journey attribution.
  • Optimize landing pages through continuous analysis and A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Content, CRM, and Design teams to create high-converting assets and nurture sequences.

Requirements

  • Around 5 years of experience scaling performance channels specifically within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of independently managing and scaling significant advertising budgets.
  • Experience deploying targeted campaigns across DACH, UK, and US markets.
  • Deep operational expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Advanced proficiency in GA4 and Google Data Studio.
  • English: Professional-level communication skills required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Meta and Reddit Ads.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and Metabase.
  • German language skills.
