Field Marketing & Community Growth Manager (AI): Building the physical layer of the go-to-market strategy by organizing high-impact industry events and growing a professional community for procurement leaders with an accent on B2B networking and community engagement. Location: On-site in Munich, Germany (4+ days per week)

What you will do
- Run end-to-end executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, and partner summits.
- Develop and scale a professional community for procurement and manufacturing leaders in Europe.
- Invent and implement innovative B2B event formats to spark high-level conversations.
- Scale existing flagship events, such as Atoms & Bits, to increase impact and frequency.
- Integrate AI tools into the entire marketing workflow for research, outreach, and planning.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Value teams to convert events into pipeline and brand equity.
Requirements
- Proven experience organizing successful events with high attendance and engagement.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to building initiatives from the ground up.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build lasting professional relationships.
- High attention to detail and reliability in end-to-end execution.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and German.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Munich (4+ days/week).
