What you will do
- Own the end-to-end acquisition strategy across paid channels, email marketing, and ABM programs.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and retargeting efforts to drive signup volume.
- Develop and execute email sequences for net-new prospects across multiple product lines.
- Run account-based marketing campaigns for high-intent segments, including direct mail testing.
- Conduct continuous experimentation across creative, audience, and channel combinations to scale spend.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve paid traffic performance.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or acquisition roles.
- Must be an AI-native operator with daily experience using AI tools to automate workflows and generate creative assets.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager without agency reliance.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS startup environments with PLG or freemium motions.
- Strong copywriting skills for ads and email sequences.
- Experience with ABM strategies, including account selection and multi-threading.

- Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, or similar enrichment and sequencing tools.
