What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end acquisition strategy across paid channels, email marketing, and ABM programs.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and retargeting efforts to drive signup volume.
  • Develop and execute email sequences for net-new prospects across multiple product lines.
  • Run account-based marketing campaigns for high-intent segments, including direct mail testing.
  • Conduct continuous experimentation across creative, audience, and channel combinations to scale spend.
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve paid traffic performance.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or acquisition roles.
  • Must be an AI-native operator with daily experience using AI tools to automate workflows and generate creative assets.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager without agency reliance.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS startup environments with PLG or freemium motions.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads and email sequences.
  • Experience with ABM strategies, including account selection and multi-threading.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, or similar enrichment and sequencing tools.
