What you will do

• Own a real slice of the self-serve product, building and executing the roadmap that solves problems for users.
• Define the problem before the solution, partnering with design and engineering to ship work that feels effortless.
• Turn AI capabilities into products people want, working hand-in-hand with researchers and engineers.
• Stay close to the user by talking to e-commerce sellers every week and feeding insights into roadmap decisions.
• Use data to decide, not to justify, by pulling and interpreting data yourself to form hypotheses and measure what shipped.

Requirements

• You've shipped products you can defend in detail, with five+ years as a PM and multiple launches.
• You've built B2B SaaS for self-serve customers and know the mechanics of self-serve growth, retention, and pricing.
• AI has reshaped how you work, using tools like Claude for prototyping, testing, or automating tasks.
• You have demonstrable product taste and can show specific work where the details matter.
• You create clarity from ambiguity, taking action rather than waiting for direction.
• You're data-fluent, pulling, interpreting, and challenging data yourself.
• You thrive in small teams with high autonomy and can operate in a fully remote, async-first environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building creative tools or any product where craft and visual quality matter.
• An understanding of photography or videography.
• Entrepreneurial experience (you've started, built, or run something).
