What you will do

• Own the UK email strategy, adapting content and tone to reflect British musician preferences.
• Manage the @hirify.globaluk Instagram channel, including content planning, creation, and community engagement.
• Identify and manage partnerships with UK-based musicians, gear reviewers, and content creators.
• Represent the brand at UK music trade shows, gear fairs, and industry events.
• Use data and AI tools to analyze channel performance and inform marketing decisions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing experience in consumer marketplaces or enthusiast brands.
• Permanent right to work and reside in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
• Proven track record in managing social media (Instagram) and email marketing.
• Experience in influencer outreach, negotiation, and performance tracking.
• Data-literate with experience in email platforms and social analytics.
• Genuine passion for music and gear culture.

Nice to have

• Experience in a two-sided marketplace or platform business.
• Photography, video, or basic design skills.
• Existing network in the UK music press or creator community.
