• Lead the planning and delivery of high-performing creative campaigns across Meta, TikTok, email, and e-commerce.
• Oversee the production of static, video, and creator-led content for paid and organic channels.
• Manage the company media library to improve accessibility and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with social, design, and e-commerce teams to optimize creative performance.
• Own photoshoot planning, budgets, and creative briefing from concept to delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• At least 4 years of experience in a senior marketing or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Business Centre, social media strategy, and digital marketing trends.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and project management tools like Monday.com.
• Experience managing external UGC creators and delivering creator-first campaigns.
