What you will do

• Lead digital growth strategy across 4-5 major Ecommerce accounts.
• Build integrated performance plans covering Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Creative.
• Guide senior client stakeholders through forecasting, reporting, and growth planning.
• Mentor Managers and Senior Managers to strengthen strategic capability.
• Contribute to internal innovation, AI adoption, and training programs.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in multi-channel digital marketing roles.
• Agency background or in-house experience at an Ecommerce brand.
• Strong background working with Retail or Fashion brands.
• Expertise across full-funnel performance marketing channels.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and grow client relationships.
• Commercial confidence with KPIs including ROAS, CAC, MER, and revenue forecasting.
