What you will do

• Own the full accounts payable cycle from purchase order and invoice receipt through payment and reconciliation.
• Manage and mentor a small team of AP associates, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Enforce purchase policy compliance using Zip and Ironclad, partnering with Finance and Legal to address gaps.
• Oversee multi-currency payment runs across US and international entities, ensuring segregation of duties.
• Manage month-end close activities, including accruals, vendor statement reconciliations, and aged payables review.
• Optimize AP workflows in NetSuite and Zip to identify automation opportunities and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable or accounting roles.
• At least 1 year of experience managing teams or leading an AP function.
• Must live within commuting distance of San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle hub.
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency AP operations.
