What you will do

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers according to company policies.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive working relationships.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to payables.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Must have a Windows OS computer.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with strict confidentiality.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
