What you will do

• Process and verify vendor invoices, matching them to purchase orders and ensuring proper GL allocation.
• Execute electronic transfers and check payments, reconciling AP sub-ledgers to the General Ledger.
• Manage vendor files and relationships within SAP, ensuring contract and payment term compliance.
• Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company travel policies.
• Maintain organized accounts payable records and provide support during month-end and year-end closing.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to reflect current process changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role.
• Education: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP B1 and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Santa Ana, California office.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bank reconciliation processes.
